Thick and Spicy Chili
1 lb. shredded roast beef
1 can chili beans
2 cans tomatoes with chillies
1 can red beans
2 cans dark kidney beans
1 cans light kidney beans

1 jalapeņo - diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbl sambal olek
1/2 Tbl dried cilantro
1/16 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp dried, minced onion
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
1/8 tsp coarse black pepper
1 Tbl brown sugar
2 tsp olive oil
5.5 oz. V8 juice

Rinse all beans, except the chili beans. Add everything to a crock pot and let it simmer for a few hours.
