|Broccoli Chicken Cassarole|

|1 chicken breast cooked and cubed
1/2 bag broccoli frozen(thawed)
2 c. rice(instant)
2 small or 1 large Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
equal cans of milk to soup
2/3 c miracle whip
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup cheese(grated)
Optional to sprinkle on top:
breadcrumbs, crackers or cornflakes
|Preheat ove to 350 degreees.|
Mix all ingrediants, sprinkle breadcrumbs(or one or the others) on top as well as the parm. cheese.
Bake for 1 hr. Cover with tin foal for first 1/2 hr. Uncover for second 1/2 hr. It's done when bubbles on the side.
