| Ingredients |
| 1 pkg. white cake mix
3.5 oz. vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 tsp almond extract
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Instructions |
| Mix all ingredients.
For large muffins bake at 400o for 15-16 minutes. |

| Makes 9 large muffins.
I used about half the poppy seeds. Oil could be cut down too. |
