Mark and Leah's pizza crust (for breadmachine)

1 1/2 cups +3 TBL warm water
5 TBL oil
2 TBL sugar
1/2 TBL salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast
4 1/2 cups flour
1 TBL italian spices
1 tsp garlic powder

Use dough setting.
Let mix and rise in machine.
Fresh Pizza Roll and fork dough, bake at 450o on a stone for 5 min. Then add toppings and cook for another 7-8 min. until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Frozen Pizza Cook 5 min., cool, and store in freezer bags. Later, add toppings to frozen crust and cook 7-8 min.
Breadsticks Roll dough 1/4-3/8" thick. Butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, and parmesan or pizza cheese. Cut strips 1-1/4" wide and 12" long. Stretch strips, fold in half and twist. Bake 8-9 min. on an airbake pan. Butter tops when hot and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Yields 2 large pizzas or 4 small pizzas or 18 breadsticks.
